Upper Canada Cyclones AAA hockey coaching positions available for U12 through U18.

The Upper Canada Cyclones are seeking applications for Head and Assistant Coaching positions for the upcoming season at our U12 through U18 levels. We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals who possess a strong understanding of the game and a commitment to player development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement practice plans aimed at improving player skills and team performance.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that prioritizes athlete well-being and teamwork.

• Collaborate with other coaching staff to identify and execute team goals.

• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and management regarding player progress and team strategy.

• Scout and evaluate players to assist with recruitment and player development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience at the AAA level is preferred.

• Knowledge of Hockey Canada’s coaching guidelines and player development strategies.

• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

• Completion of the necessary coaching certifications as required by Hockey Canada.
